I was on the internet when a message displayed on my screen to participate in an online survey with three simple and quick questions to answer about how often I looked on a John Lewis website (which I was browsing at that time.)
If I answered the questions I would get a FREE sample kit of Dead Sea Beuaty products worth £89.95 for the price of the postage and package of £3.95! This I thought would be a great offer, I read all the information on the screen at that time to ensure this was the case and there were no other charges. I then went ahead and completed the survey paying the postage and package deal; my beauty kit arrived the next day. I checked my bank statement to make sure the payment came out with the correct value and this showed correct. I now have just received my latest bak statement to find that a value of £97 was taken out two weks later!
Hence my complaint now!
Please steer clear of this false offers, yes the products are good but I will not buy them again due to the nature of the purchase.
