I received a call from a man John, saying I owed for a payday line of credit advance from 5years ago. I was an identy theft victim around the aparant time the man said I owed the money. He said they were going to criminally prosecute me for fraud in the 3rd degree and bad check writing in less I paid 1/2 the amount owed in full that day. I did not have the money but asked for a payment plan. He said okay after I pleeded with him for an hour. He transfered me to another lady who said they needed a signed credit card auth. Form. I printed it filled it out but when I went to fax it back the fax number was not working... That's whenI realized it was s scam. I called back to ask them to send me copies of all documentation they had with my file. The woman on the phone said I'll just take a message and someone willccall you... Never called back. These people are very good and do their research about you, only have last 4 of social, are very rude at first, threaten cops or jail, use the number 855-599-9500 as a contact. This is a scam be carful because I almost fell for it... All I can say is request all documentation before you do anything because you have a tight to see what your being accusd of!!!
