I contacted RideBikeGear.com about a concern on their website
I received nothing but name calling and abuse, to both myself and my wife

.. And this was a complaint to the official email address info@ridebikegear.com

So I did my research, Holy cow, the internet is full of complaints

Extremely Poor and abusive customer service, Bad judgement, and can not be contacted by phone to complain about the complaints department,
