I purchased a trunk for my hd street glide, what arrived was a cracked, damaged poorly made and painted. When I went to return for credit, only way to contact them is via e-mail, if they chose to respond to you at all. They stated only exchanges were accepted, I returned the trunk at a cost of $66 and promptly cancelled my credit card. I contacted my credit card to do not pay and issue a credit. They than notified me that Toga Operations (the name ridebike gear uses) claimed they never received even though I produced a tracking # showing delivered to Canada. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, but if you have and need contact information, I finally found their information after much annoyance.
