I purchased a pair of UGG boots for my daughter online on January 21. It is now March 4 and I still do not have my merchandise. I have only received one email stating that my order had been shipped, but that was a month ago! I have tried all avenues to contact the company, but no one will return emails and all the phone numbers are disconnected. Is there no recourse I can take?
