Uggs. Boots-cc USBS I purchased boots from this company and it turns out it is a conterfeit company. They will not return my emails

I purchased a pair of UGG boots from a site called Uggs Australia. Turns out they are a counterfeit site. Turns out their name is USBS. I canceled my order right after I placed it when I received a email stating my visa charge would be diffrent that what they charged me. They told me there would be a restocking fee of 30%. I told that nowhere on their site does it state that. I received a broken english email stating I should not cancel my order. I replyed that I wanted it canceled and I wrote 4 emails to them regarding this. I received another email the next day stating they shipped them to me anyway cause they new I really wanted them then they went on with a explantion on why their uggs are authentic and it was a bizarre one and made no sense. I have been trying contact them since and they will not respond. The real UGGS of Auatralia told me that this compnay is a listed counterfit site. I have been in contact with Visa and they are handleing it. I am not the only one who was scammed. There are pages about these companies on the web, not sure if they are the same companies with diffrent names but they seem to be out of China and have the same MO listing their boots as authentic. I have yet to receive the boots and I will refuse them when they arrive. If Uggs of Australia lists them as a counterfiet site I believe them especally since the email mails I received from them were very unprofessional and they refuse to contact me back.
