Purchased a Panasonic HC V-700 camcorder during Black Friday in 2012. Three months later, still no camcorder. Called and sent e-mails repeatedly to which they said it was back ordered. No more information was provided. To their credit, my credit card was not charged but waiting three months is ridicules. So much for Christmas. Never again.
