Where do I begin??? I've lived at the same address for five years and I have moved to a different apartment a year ago today... And I can never get my packages delivered, the carrier almost never leaves a slip and calling 1-800-ask - USPS or the Boston office is beyond impossible!!! They take my complaint give me a CASE # and days later... No one calls to follow up even tho I'm told I'll get a call within 24 hours!!! It's crazy that in the economy we are dealing with and amount of unemployed people USPS can't find competent employees who are willing to do the job they get paid for!!! The fact that I'm a year in complaining and still cringing and crossing my fingers every time I order a package online and NOTHING HAS IMPROVED is RIDICULOUS!!!
