Solited by telephone to lower interest rates on my credit cards to 6 - 6.5% from existing 12.24 - 17% on four different cards. They collected money against my Chase card. I have heard nothing on progress. Tried to call them on 888-599-7112 and response on phone rolls back to open line right away. Seems as if phone is non-existent or switched off. It does not ring through.
