They said they would help lower my interest, the company wrote back said they couldnot help at this time. They are charging me 30.45 and won't help me. Wilmington

Contact chase on several ocassions about high interest, without any help, told them I was ready to file a classaction lawsuit they didn't believe me. They refuse too lower my interest. I have two chase credit cards and one mortgage account. Told them since they went up on my interest I can't pay my bills right.
