U-box not reliable - U-Box

I rented a U-Box in mid December and paid close to 1900$ to be shipped from Saskatoon to Victoria. It supposed to be delivered within 10-12 days. After 3 weeks I contacted them to see where my box is. They said I will get my box within 2-3 more days, but later they call me saying that they have shipped a wrong box and my box must be still in Saskatoon. Surprisingly, they did not even know my box number! Luckily I had a photo of my box showing its bar-code from which I could write down the box number and give it to them. Finally, they found my box in Saskatoon and it took them another 9 days to deliver it to me. Because of their mistake and delay I ended up re-scheduling and paying penalty for a flight I had planned for mid January.
Later I found that with the price that I paid, I could hire a professional moving company to pack, load, ship and deliver my stuff within less than two weeks. Overally, U-Box was the worst moving option and I never recommend it to anyone.
