My U-Box was supposed to ship on the 12'th of March, but due to a bank error or U-Haul oversight it did not. I drove 1300 miles found an apartment and started work. After the nine day max for shipping was up I called and was told it was delivered and on site, "I'll be right in, thanks." Wrong! When I reached the local U-Haul location I was informed that no one there new how to deal with U-Box. And even if they did no one new how to operate the equipment needed to get the U-Box out to an area that would be accessible. "Come back tomorrow when the manager is here he'll no whats up." Wrong. After going back in I was informed that the box never even left its pick up site. No phone call! No email! Not even a text telling me every thing I entrusted to them is sitting in a parking lot! And when I call to check up I'm told it arrived 4 days after it shipped. This is only my second time dealing with U-Haul, the first they wouldn't rent to me because I drive a ford Explorer.
