I was initially contacted by We Haul Moving after filling out an online request for quotes. Mike Chavez were extremely helpful and seemd really interested in helping to expedite the move of my mother's estate. We had several conversations about the WEIGHT of the load. I asked about being billed for linear feet and he assured me that the truck would be weighed before and after.

When I received the Bill of Lading, that stated I was contracted for 4 linear feet, I immediately called Mike and AGAIN, he assured me that that was not the case - it was all done by weight. The truck was loaded as if we did not have a space issue as we were told that it wouldn't matter. The day after the truck left, I received a call saying we had used more space than contracted and there would be an additional charge of over $600.

I spoke with Mike four times over the next five days and he seemed oblivious to my concern. I have been trying to speak with a supervisor for 2 days now and they are all too busy to answer my calls. I would love to find another number to contact someone higher.
