Miscellaneous

03 july I Received a call from a guy telling me that he was working for Microsoft. He told me that he had an alarm that told them that my computer was at risk. Since I am not an expert with computer he manipulated me and scared me saying that no ativiruses were abe to help me and that only he's Microsoft support was goin to be able to help me so he connected to my computer with a aaamy window and went in my computer from a wireless connection. He made paye money for the service and never did nothing to solve the problem. After reading a bit of information on the internet I went to best buy because I thought my computer was infected and did a cleanup and computer reprogramming and had a new antivirus installed. It cost me an other 400$ from best buy to make sure my computer was clean. I called to canceled my 2 credit card numbers. There are still calling me some times but there is almost no intelligent way to deal with the situation to put a term to it. Videotron is almost useless and the police needs the phone number that videotron is not able to give me to be able to track the fraud down.
