Lbs tax services are liars and they will rip you off. Do not be fooled that just because you signed forms that you were aware of your charge. These offices are either distracting you while you sign, will not print the fee sheets and sign your name or they will change the fee when you leave and sign your name. Anyone that has ever done taxes with them should get copies of all the papers they signed to ensure that you signed it and it was not forged. If you need to contact corporate, their email address is neighborhoodtaxproscorporate@gmail.com. These managers have been known to pull guns on customers that was upset about their fee. This company is run by hoodlums and they need to be shut down. Everyone should call the news on each office in your city and state because they will have no choice but to close down. A majority of them are operating without business licenses anyway. Do not let these people charge you $900 because they claim they are "maximizing" your refund. You can easily find someone else to do that and not charge you that much. Do not trust these people.
