It is shameful the way this company deceives you to sign up. My mother didn't even know she had signed up

This company has been charging my mothers cell phone bill for three months and she did not even know that there was a service she had signed up for.

They said that she signed up on the internet for the service. I don't doubt that she was responding to something but it was not clear what she was doing. I'm sure they spend the time to make it that way.

In one internet setting this scam signed her up for 3 "premium text" products. When I looked at her bill because of another issue I saw these charges. No information as to what, just a charge.

It took research to find out who to even call. Another planned procedure. When I called I was met with total denial of anything wrong but only I can't process a refund. I told them it is shameful what they are doing to unsuspecting people.

There should be clear communication via mail, email, telephone, and text relating to a charge. This disgusts me.
