Company is taking people tax money

Well first off let me say that this company is so full of boo-boo i filed my taxes with this company they told me what i was getting back and what the charge is going to be. So i have been waiting to here from them so when i called they said they took my taxes in the amount of 344.00 but i only got a refund for 343.39. This company told me that i owe the irs and that they have a formed that i sign that say they can take 344.00 dollars. But what iam trying to figure out is how can i sign a paper saying they can have 344.00 of my taxes and we did not know what the refund would be at the time of fileing so how can i sign something and did not know what it was going to be. So i called the company and asked for a copy of this form i signed they said they burn all the forms after 6 months and for me to stop calling them because they are not giving me shit yes thea is the word they used and stop coming by there all i want is a copy of the paper i sign.
