Account Deleted After Email Change; Told to Pay $79.99, $99.99

I am disabled, and my Facebook account was deleted just because of an email change. So I called the (800) number listed on Google and talked to 3 individuals who informed me that I would have to pay first $79.99, then $99.99, to fix a free service.

Now I am only 36, but I got my G.E.D. at 17 and have worked and worked until I broke my back. The point is that I cannot change my password, get my email, or talk to the family that lives in Arizona. I know that this is not high priority, but will you help me? Thank you.
