Email Change Problems Left Two Accounts I Cannot Log Into

My problem started when I changed my email address. They asked for my password, so I gave it to them. But they didn't change my email, so the password didn't work. They then told me to change my email again and use another password. I tried that with very little effect. They now supposedly have two accounts under my name that I cannot log in to.

These people are either stupid or just don't care about their customers. I've tried numerous times to make things right. I called the phone number that I found, and all you get is an automated system that is no help. I've written several emails to Facebook.com with little or no reply and no help. I can't work with people like this.
