Hacked Account and Google Access Lost, Need Deletion Now

I had a Facebook account, but it was hacked, and even my Google account was hacked. I am not sure how, but now I do not have access to either. I cannot retrieve my password.
Someone changed the name on my Facebook account, pretending to be me, and now I am worried. Please delete my account right away. I cannot wait 14 days to be more harassed. Thanks.
