Rip off dog breeder!

I purchased a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Jaymie Branham. She told me that the puppy was APRI and ACA registered, as is stated on her website. She only gave me the APRI papers when I purchased her, and I wanted the ACA papers as well because ACA is more popular, plus I deserved them because I paid $650 for the dog! She refused to give them to me, saying that she already gave them to me and I lost them. I even offered to pay for them, but she told me that it was very hard to get replacement papers.

I called the ACA and they said that all the dog breeder had to do was call them and they would send more papers for FREE! I told Jaymie this, and she still wouldn't give the papers to me. We battled over this for quite some time, and I finally found a way for the ACA to send me the papers. I told Jaymie thanks for nothing, and that I got the papers myself. She sent me a snotty email back. She also put my picture up on her website www.sweetestcavaliers.com under "some of my owners". I never consented to this, and I want my picture off her website!

I'm not happy with the service I received from her, and I definitely want my picture off the website. I told her I was going to let my dog have puppies some day, and she flipped out saying that i signed some contract saying I couldn't breed the dog. Then she said she called APRI and ACA and told them I don't have breeding rights, which she can't do! Then a couple of emails later she said she called the ACA and APRI and told them to unregister my dog! She is crazy, don't EVER purchase a dog from this psycho!!!
