Made a 14 second phone call (got the details from our cellphone records) to let my wife know I had arrived and that my cell phone battery was dead. Just FOURTEEN (14) SECONDS and I was chargeD $21.46. There has to be some kind of law against type of scam. When I called to complain, I was offered a 35% discount. That's still $13.95 for a FOURTEEN SECOND phone call.
