I just arrived in Toronto YYZ Pearson International Airport. I had not Canadian currency to make a phone call. I tried placing phone call using the Bell Payphone in the Airport using my CITI Bank Credit Card, it did not accept my credit card and i spoke to a customer care representative and he took my card details and tried placing the transaction. He later said that he wasn't able to make it as the card was denied. However, now i have been charged CAD 35.71 from WIMACTEL on my credit card. It was a local. This is a rip off. I tried calling WIMACTEL they are not working during the weekend. Not sure what to do. I contacted my Bank in India, they referred me back to WIMACTEL.
