I made a call from a payphone in an airport in Texas. I spoke for two minutes. Received a charge on my credit card statement for $47.50. When I called WimacTel I spoke to three people and asked for a statement breaking down the charges. I believe that this is required per the FCC Truth in Billing act. One person stated that they would send it via email, but it was never sent. The other two stated that it is not even possible due to their "computer systems" and because "there are so many taxes in different states that it is impossible to track".
