So I ordered the 18" Brazilian Virgin Curly Hair Wefts in Dark Brown & a few weeks later I received my order. I was so thrilled until I opened the package. I recieved 18" Straight Dark Brown Wefts, obviously not what I ordered. I called & called & no one answered. I decided to email them & I have been going back & forth with a representative & they offered me only 15% compensation for me to keep the item (that's about $17 for a $109 order!) They even told me to go to a hairdresser to have the extensions fixed. I obviously don't want to do that, that's why I ordered them curly to begin with so it can match my natural curly hair. They even had the nerve to say that the return process may be "too complicated" for me, as if it were rocket science. I'm totally dissatisfied with their service & defenetly won't be recommending them.
