I was looking around for natural hair extensions and I happened upon hairextensionsale.com. I looked through their hair collections and found them to be affordable. I also checked out some of their videos and decided to go ahead and purchase hair extensions via paypal. Thank goodness I used my paypal account because when I got the extensions, they were horrible. The ends were super thin, the hair was so dry and brittle, and it did not match the length or weight they advertised on the website. When I told them I would be contacting paypal for a refund, they sent me a "credit memo", but didn't actually refund me the money. After two months of back and forth through paypal, I was finally given an official refund and they sent me another credit memo. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their hair extensions are a complete joke and you will have to jump through so many hoops to get your money back!
