In mid-December I purchased the box set of the Dark Shadows television series for $140. I waited the allotted shipping time, and first contacted the company after three weeks. Since then, I have tried to contact the company to find out where my DVDs are, to no avail. I have gotten all the same email responses as listed in the other complaints.
