Televisioncollection.com Dark Shadows DVD ripoff

Tvdvdsupport@gmail.com and www.televisioncollection.com I ordered the Dark Shadows DVD's from a Company Called TV Collection. First they sent a partial order in which almost half the dvd's were bad, did not work.

I complained several times to no avail, finally they completed my order and re-sent the bad dvd's. The product came from China all loose in a box and still 27 dvds are bad. They kept saying they would re-send them but have not and do not return my emails.
