I placed an order for the Complete Series Dark Shadows on Dec 8th. The order was confirmed by email. My CC was charged for the $140.00. I contacted the Web Site Customer Service on Jan 14th. I recieved an email back from Gordon Kennedy, Customer Support Manager. Promising me to wait just a few more weeks. I contacted again on Feb 8th, still no order recieved. I was reassured via email that the item would ship again, with many appologies from Mr. Kennedy.in the past two weeks I have made multiple attempts to contact the web site, unsuccessfully. My only hope now is that it has not been too long for me to make a claim for CC reimbursement. Why are there so many CROOKS in our world today?
