I experienced the same as the other complaints. Bought the service online, paid for it, was charged for it, and they never performed the service during our many snowfalls this year in Toronto. I called, emailed NUMEROUS occasions, staying on the line up to 1 hour waiting on hold, even spoke to people a few times who ENSURED all was ok and that someone would show up... That never did. I am going to file a complaint with BBB and also with my visa as a fraudulent charge.
