Chronic medication denyed

Its now 3months without my mom receiving her chronic medication reason been told by GEMS was the fact that their code don't respond with that of the pharmacy (Medipost).incompetence of employees. Now my mom is either she gonna suffer the consequences of defaulting her medication or worse die because of some stupid thing like changing of codes or someone is not doing their work properly. As of today my poor mom doesn't hv any of her chronic medication
