Gift Sent With Pogo Gems Never Delivered and Gems Not Replaced

I sent a gift using my pogo gems and the gift was not sent. How do I get my gems replaced your "help" page doesn't work for this problem. This has happened once before. I am getting very frustrated with pogo.com and am considering cancelling when my subscription runs out next year.
