Spoil lobster tails

We had a party of 8 for dinner tonite, we started with drinks, my wife order a strawberry frozen drink, not pleasant full of sugar but at that time we did not say anything, we order apetizers, sampler, queso, chicken wraps and avocado, i got more lettuce than chicken and the avocado it was just frozen guacamole with no taste, then we order lobster and steak combo at first they forgot the lobster, when it arrived it smells spoil and rotten, the manger came after we compliant and send back the lobster and told us she would take it off the bill, when the bill came it was $156.00 and i was being charge for a steak and potatoes, i called the manager to the table and i ask her why was this on my bill after she said she would take care of it, she claims that she took of $6.00 off for the lobster, my wife felt sick from the smell of the spoil lobster and almost vomite and the manager did not care and did not make good on her word, this is why ruby tuesday is as bad as it is, sad but true.
