I love red lobster but i need a refund

On saturday august 31 my friend and i decided to go to red lobster for dinner. 6151 us hwy 19 address. When we arrived it was very crowded so we decided to call in a to go order. Was advised that it will be 20 to 25 minutes. Waited 30 minutes, upon arrival i was advised that there would be a 5 minute wait. After waiting i was given our food. Ordered 4 courses. The hand breaded shrimp were cold and mushy, the croutons on my salad were soft and mushy, the clam chowder hardly had clams and was watery the biscuits were even cold. I have never had this issue with red lobster before, i understand they were busy, but they are a restaurant business. The presentation of the food was horrible and i was not pleased. My friends food (cajun chicken linguini) was awful she says and she was not pleased at all. Like i said, i love red lobster, but i need a refund or a gift card to try it again. We paid 34.00 for those meals and really was not able to eat it. I just want a refund.
