Took this payment from my bank account 6 weeks after the account was closed all products returned to them then was charged for the returned products (as well as £35.45 I had been charged at the time of cancellation - a half price offer that had been sent out in error - which was also returned to them! They say now they have no record of the 35.45 payment and have charged me a further £69.95 for the initial products sent to me) as I said all these products were returned to them. These people are serious scam artists and feel I dont have a prayer of getting my money back plus I am worried they will take further money out of this account even though I have instructed my bank not to make ANY payments to them
