I was charged a fee which I don’t even know what the 19.95 fee is for, I had purchased diet tea from the company because it was a free trial for a month, then I was sent like 4 boxes of tea two weeks later and was charged, however I returned the products and asked to be refunded the amt to my check acct, which they do that, now I was charged 19.95 when I told them I didn’t want their products anymore, do I have to tell them I want them to stop taking money from my account without notifying me. I did not receive an invoice or email that I was going to be charged for a member fee or for whatever reason. I think they are scamming people and needs to be investigated.
