I ordered a trial offer of both products being directed by Channel 4 that there were no strings attached. How stupid was I? I have been debited with 2 payments of £69.95 despite telephoning to cancel the products due to them making me ill. I was assured by the operative that If I returned the products within 7 days then I would not incur any charges. What a lie! My account was debited on the same day as the phone call. I have now lost £139.90. That will teach me to order something on the recommendation of a reputable TV company
