On 15 Feb at 1208 pm I received a phone call from 409-574-1214. They asked if i was Karl Waldhauer which I said yes. They then asked if I lived at such an address which I said yes and naturally they had my phone number. They stated that I was going to get a new Medicare Card as all senior citizens were going to receive one. They then asked what financial institution my social security
check was deposited in. I refused to answer that ad they hund up. I immediately tried to call that number back and it was stated that the number has been disconnected and is no
longer in use. I believe this to be a scam as Social Security is not issuing new cards as I had checked with them.
No dollar amount was experianced as this was a scam with Medicare cards. The date is 15 februaruy 2013.
