Ordered Big Valley DVD set Should include all four seasons 1965-1969. When did not receive in four weeks contacted again. They stated they were sorry was told second set was sent out costing them $18.00 in extra fees received this notice January 27. Now the company refuses to send me any more emails. This was billed on my credit card. They have been paid.
