Ordered flowers and chocolates for my fiancée this morning at 10:30 am and paid extra for the same day service. Order was made two and a half hours before the cutoff time of 1pm for same day delivery.

Several confirmation emails were sent as well as a tracking number for my purchase, giving me a false sense of security that everything had gone through.

At 4pm I check the tracking number with the courier only to find out that the number does not exist in their database.

I called bloomex, only to receive an automated message saying that all valentines day gifts have been sent out and will arrive on time as scheduled, and that phones will be re-activated on Saturday February the 16th. All inquiries can be directed by email or by live chat.

At 415 I sent an email with my concerns, and at 420 I attempted to contact the company via their live chat system. Nobody responded to either.

It is now 6 o'clock, one hour past the delivery window an the flowers have not been delivered, nor have my emails, voicemails, or chats been responded to, however my credit card has been charged.

I have read similar complaints online over the last few hours from people claiming they have never received replies, and the only way to get a refund was to submit a claim with their credit card companies.

Buyer beware.
