I ordered 12 long stemmed roses, chocolates, teddy bear and card from bloomex.

I was guaranteed same day delivery, i was then told after i paid for them that it would be the next day.

When i disputed this i was then told, it would be the same day.

Now the phones cannot be contacted, there is noone available on there live chat support, they have not responded to emails and the money was taken out of my account, but the flowers etc etc i ordered have disappeared, they have not been delivered and the company seems to not have a working phone or online help.

The department of fair trading NSW are looking into the matter. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I note they have replied to other customers complaints on here saying to provide the order number and fhey will get back to you.

They lie and they NEVER do.
