Never Delivered Their Product... On Valentines Day! - Flowers

My husband ordered me roses for Valentines Day and even paid extra for it to be delivered to me at my office by noon. It never came! Their phone lines are down until Saturday as is their live chat feature on their website. We sent them an email to find out why they didn't deliver and we didn't receive a reply. They sent an email this morning stating that our flowers were delivered but I'm still sitting here without flowers. I would never use this company again!
