I ordered 2 tablets from this company and recently sent them back due to problems. I received an email with an RMA number and was told to send them back for replacements. It has been almost 1 month and I have not heard anything from this company. I have a confirmation receipt which I looked online to check if the company received the merchandise and of course it was. At this point I would like to received my full refund which was charged on my credit card.
