I ordered my two daughters, 11 and 8, two 7" android tablets with the camera! I received them on january 3rd for their late christmas gifts, when we open the box on that same day

I have been trying for two days to get my issue resolved with eglobal electronics.
To my dismay, I have yet to get anyone on the phone, or by the internet!
I have to very defective android tablets with camera that are so scratched and seem to have been used already, also everything seems to be in chinese!

Help! What can I do!
