Ordered & received 2 7" tablets, sent 1 back in exchange for a new one because I kept getting an error message. I emailed the company and was told to send it back and they would replace it. Never received a new one. The other tablet is now having problems but I don't want to send it back because the same thing might happen. I will send the other tablet back if I am guaranteed to get my full refund. This company does not have a phone number to contact anyone.
