I ordered 2 touchscreen tablets from the company's website on Dec 6. The company had debited and processed $173.98 from my account the same day. I decided to contact the company several times via email and phone calls because I had never received an invoice or delivery notice (after 1 1/2 weeks of order date). The "customer support" dept cancelled my order but never received a refund. I also cancelled my credit card to prevent any unauthorized transactions. During this time I had researched the company on the BBB ("F" rating) and viewed MULTIPLE complaints of people being scammed of their money or defective products received from this company. After sending numerous emails to this company (over a month has passed and haven't received a refund) I have decided to take action!!! I have contacted the BBB in New York to file a complaint (company's name: eGlobal Electronics Network; 34 Wangman St, Rochester, NY 14605; contact number: (585) 576-4792; owner: Emmanuel Njoku). Also I have contacted the KS and NY Attorney General's Offices to file a complaint. It is currently being reviewed and processed. I suggest anyone who has been scammed by this company should proceed and follow suit!
