Disrespect, robery, harrasment, bad treatment

Ok. They were several episodes happened there at the hotel but the main one was that i was staying as weekly rate in the hotel, firstable this hotel never accepted the wyndham credit cards, i paid cash one time and the front desk charge my credit card and never refund the money back to my card, moldy bathrooms, broken and stinky rooms, plus broken tvs in the room. Also the week that this manager charged me twice and never refunded me one of the payments, he wrote an e-mail to my pregnant daughter in new york stated that i was a bad customer and wrote to my daughter that he will kick me out from the hotel if i keep asking for the refund and asking to her to be apologized to him, the hindu manager, otherwise he will kick me out and my daughter steel has the e-mail save so i can e-mail you at any time. He started to call in the morning before 8 pm to ask if i will check out or i would like to stay on that day, also the rooms were dirty cause he didnt supply the housekeeping with enough cleaning supply, broken towels, not enough blankets, dirty ones and bad treatment including discrimination attitudes due to my ethnicity and accent. Anyway in fact due to that e-mail, the manager made my daughter delivered the baby one month ahead the date cause he caused my daughter bleeded and got in pain due to made her feel nervous. I never recovered the extra pament that i made to him cause i made a request to my card and he declined been paid cash to the card investigator so the card never refund the moey back to me and he kept the cash payment for a week that i made to him, also he used to send the maintance to open the door even if you are in the room just because he had a master key to open al the rooms and in one ocasion the maintance saw my panties cause he opened the door without knocked first. Anyway way in fact it was my first long term stay that was a nightmare for me, he usually treated me like a garbage and made me cried a lots of days.insulting me over the phone and intimidating me to kick me out from the hotel. Rooms are not updated or well clean.
