Purchased a Optima ECig starter kit for $4.95 online. Two weeks later I found that a company with a similar name - but not the same - withdrew 109.93 from my account.
Upon calling the company I was told that there were terms of agreement in the ad that mentioned this agreement. I asked them to send me a link to the add but the company could not. I went online to find it myself and looked at several of their ads but could not find the "Terms of Agreement" link.
I have had to contact my banking institution to stop payment on this transaction. Lesson learned!
