Way over what was advertised on the website. This is a blatant scam. - eversmoke and/or optima

Ordered free sample of OPTIMA electronic cigarettes for only shipping and handling for $3.. 95. Someone named EVERSMOKE was listed on my bank on 02/14 as removing $116.93. I had used my debit card. Eversmoke denies any knowledge of this and told me to call OPTIMA. Optima, (when they finally answer) told me to leave a message and someone would return my call. Then no one ever calls back. This concerns fraud and scam.
