Like all the other complaints... Just signed up for free trial and pay only $4.95 shipping. THAT's it... Got my free trial... It was ok, but to find out there was a charge on my bank for $116.00 for 5 New packages of cigs... What!!! The cigs came in the mail on the 12th... I immediately call the Optima Company, the Optima Cigs rep. Stated that's how the the terms and conditions read... My husband ordered the cigs... He did not see any terms and conditions!!! We are very upset that we like others have been scammed!!! I made the rep send me a cancellation e-mail from the company... He did but since We didn't order any other cigs... We should get our money back!!! Help!!! Linda g.
